Abstract
The Modern Business Practices Certificate is designed for business professionals who wish to sharpen their writing and critical thinking skills, explore the scope of diversity and its impact on professional relationships, and improve working relationships in a union environment.
Earning a Modern Business Practices graduate certificate from Kettering University Online helps business professionals to lead departments and provide a distinct competitive advantage for the organization with whom they work.
In order to complete this certificate, students select MGMT 620, MGMT 621, and MGMT 622. (Students not interested or not working in a union environment can replaced MGMT 622 with MGMT 649-Ethics and Leadership.
