Abstract
The revision of the current Liberal Studies General Education Program calls for the elimination of COMM 201 and the Writing Intensive (WI) requirement. All electives (except ECON) will require a minimum of writing. The elimination of COMM 201 will allow students to take four (rather than three) electives (one COMM, one HUMN, one SCCI, and one additional elective in COMM, HUMN, or SSCI).
