Abstract
Master of Science in Data Science is a new program that will be administered by the Computer Science Department, It is multi-disciplinary, including courses from Computer Science, Mathematics, and Liberal Studies. Computer Science courses include CS-541, CS-565, CS-651, CS-661, CS-682 (CS-482), CS-690, CS-691, and CS-693. Mathematics courses include MATH-627 and MATH-637. Liberal Studies provides the course COMM-601. The UCC paperwork for the CS courses are provided for this proposal.
Data Science is a very highly sought program, with graduates in high demand, and the analysis of this program is provided with the attached document.
