Abstract

Kettering University is eliminating 500 course numbers due to HLC concerns about our 500 level courses. Our 500 level courses are defined as "mezzanine" that could be taken by both undergraduate and graduate students. However, they are not considered to be graduate courses by HLC. This puts a limit on how many 500 level courses a graduate student can take in the graduate program. The Course Number is being changed to MECH-427 and the Course Description is being corrected. Currently, the wrong course description is posted.
