Abstract

Note – this change will be entered into the catalog starting in the 2019-20 academic year. The first offering of the new COMM 201 course will take place in Winter 2020, as this is the first time any first year student would be eligible to take the course. In the Summer and Fall of 2019, the LS department will continue to offer COMM 301 to meet the needs of students in the prior programs. After Fall 2019, students who still need COMM 201 to complete their degree will substitute COMM 201. The Liberal Studies Department will have a series of informational sessions for departments and advisors to help with the transition period. We will complete these sessions prior to registration for Fall 2019. There is not change to any registration for current Kettering students registering for SU 2019.
