Abstract
The existing MSE: Automotive Systems program will be updated to be more inclusive of the broad range of skills necessary to the modern automotive industry. Rather than being M.E. centric, as it has been in the past the new program will support automotive related courses in ECE and IME. Most of the elective courses for the program already exist. Three new “Fundamentals” courses will be added to facilitate multidisciplinary coursework. To reflect this new approach (and current industry terminology) the program name will change to MSE: Mobility Systems.
