Abstract
In order to incorporate one of our newly approved entrepreneurship courses in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship minor, the two business course elective options will be removed (MGMT-104 Management Concepts, BUSN-103 Marketing, ACCT-222 Managerial Accounting, BUSn-331 Financial Management, and BUSN-402 Business Law) and replaced by required courses BUSN 402 Business Law (part of the existing choice bin) and BUSN 321 Entrepreneurial Thinking (newly approved course). There will be no change in the minor program credit hour requirement. With the proposed changes, the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Minor would consist of the following courses:
ECON-201
Economics Elective 300 or higher
BUSN 303 – New Venture Creation: Entrepreneurship
BUSN 304 – Intrapreneurship & Innovation Development
BUSN 321 – Entrepreneurial Thinking
BUSN 402 – Business Law
Select one of the following: MATH-258, MATH-327, MATH-330
