Motion: The Faculty Senate Move the amended Promotion Calendar (see attached) be approved. Further, the Faculty Senate recommends the promotion candidate request the Summer term as their off-term to facilitate rapid responses to issues in their submitted documentation. The amended schedule to take effect immediately (Academic Calendar Year 2019-20120) while the off-term request delayed until the next academic year (2020-2021). No vote
