Abstract

Currently the Accelerated Masters Program allows Kettering undergraduates and alumni to dual count two courses towards both a baccalaureate and a masters degree program. The courses that can be dual counted are dual listed courses (e.g., 400/600 level courses). While most institutions that offer graduate degree programs have some form of an Accelerated Masters Program, the number of courses that students are allowed to dual count in these programs is greater than two.

The current proposal would increase the number of 400/600 courses that Kettering University students are allowed to dual count from two (2) to three (3), all other aspects of the Accelerated Masters Program will remain the same. The proposed entry to the GRAD catalog is shown below.
