Abstract
This document is the Advancement Section of the Report of a Commission-Mandated Focused Visit by HLC to Kettering in March 2010. HLC only makes observations in this document.
One important observation to Kettering is that the academic administration structure is "flat." Adding Deans is proposed as a consideration. See the Focused Visit —Assurance Section for the HLC Site Visit team's other recommendations.
